"I have always struggled with my weight! Once I entered college my weight flucuated even-though I was one to work out I never saw results and became extremely frustrated causing more weight gain, my highest ever was 168 pounds a size 12 and at 5'3 that was a lot of weight. I really didn’t know what to do about it until I met Lisa. I met Lisa in December 2007 weighing 160 pounds, I worked out with her twice a week intensively for an hour each time sometimes an hour and a half and along with my own workout and change in diet I now weigh 140 pounds bringing me down to a size 6-8, I am a lot leaner and stronger and I owe it to Lisa. I never would have had the motivation to stick with the workout she was giving me, she pushed me when I got tired, and reminded me of my goal. She also committed on the positive changes that she saw in my body which gave me more motivation to keep working. I have 10 more pounds to go and I very confident that my workouts with Lisa are going to burn it off in no time.
